Yevgeniy Lerner is an attorney admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. Prior to his work with Strategy Advisors, Mr. Lerner was a General Counsel to a multi-national gaming conglomerate. Mr. Lerner's was also a litigation attorney whose practice primarily involved disputes concerning commercial contracts, creditor's rights, insurance litigation and personal injury. His broad experience includes civil litigation, counterclaim defense, bankruptcy, mediation, and settlement negotiations. Importantly, he has extensive experience in amicably resolving complex commercial disputes.

Michael Shtarkman brings a wealth of experience to Strategy Advisors. As Certified Public Accountant, Michael has a total professional style and has enormously strong diverse technical qualifications and an extensive background in business, tax, accounting and finance. He is also vastly experienced in, forecasting, budgeting, planning, financial analysis, auditing, reporting, business practices and controls. Michael currently supervises a team of accountants who provide client services in business marketing. Prior to his work with Strategy Advisors, Michael has worked for global financial giants such as Citibank and Solomon Brothers. In the gaming industry, Michael has directly managed a European Casino, where his Duties included gathering weekly accounting information, developing and implementing plans to improve revenue and get a pulse for the clientele, or in other words, the financial input and output experienced by gamers and gamblers.

Ivan Zakharenko is a Junior Accountant at Strategy Advisors working under the direction of Michael Shtarkman, CFO. Prior to his work with Strategy Advisors, Ivan has worked at Urban Upbound as a tax preparer under the supervision of a CPA where he has managed and supervised a team of five volunteers. In 2019, he joined Consolidated Edison, Inc., one of the largest investor-owned energy companies in the United States, where he has worked as an Analyst Aide in the Project Accounting and Billing Department. Ivan is expected to graduate from Baruch College with a BA degree in Accountancy in 2021.

She is highly qualified specialist with more than 10 years of experience as in-house lawyer and Head of legal department in multi-national groups of companies. Anna is an expert in international law, intellectual property rights and IT legal sphere. Her experience covers commercial contracts, licensing, GDPR compliance, corporate issues, communication with governmental bodies, banks and payment systems.

Anastasiya Likhtarovich is a consultant at Srategy Advisors and responsible for the product vision, planning, design, usability, and quality of releases. Translate roadmaps into manageable product backlog. Understand the features and changes in product requirements & support the sprint planning exercises. Analyze product metrics and trends to assess product health and improvement opportunities. Gain a deep understanding of users and Customers, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve user experience and drive growth. Maintain the prioritized backlog of user stories, features defects.
